Fine and micromechanical components are our speciality including non-cutting formed and stamped parts. These are parts where the material is formed into a permanent, altered shape through mechanical force (cold or hot forming), which when required can be finished into a cutting process. In many of these processing methods, it is possible to achieve very accurate tolerances and complex geometries with minimal material loss, making it a cost-effective alternative. Solutions range from parts that are stamped, bent, cast, drawn, forged, sintered as well as springs and profiles.

Freedom of form and precision

For the manufacture of fine and complex mechanical components, MIM / CIM technology can be the right solution. The injection moulding technology for ceramics and metals offers great freedom of form and high precision. The range of alloys is large and adapted to the requirements of the components.

Extruded aluminium also gives great freedom in the design of profile cross-sections. Extrusion is a stable and economical production method for special profiles, even in smaller series.
